Howdy folks,๐Ÿ˜Š

Saturday 26th November;  Drummond Cup, 3 clubs plus putter. Medal Round

Saturday 3rd December; Fielding Interclub at Dannevirke.   11.30am Card Draw, all welcome

Monday 5th December; Annual General Meeting. 7.30pm

Saturday 10th December; Shires Fruit & Vege Market sponsored Christmas Cheer. 12 noon Shot Gun Start.  Entry sheet is in the foyer.

Golf HB calendar meeting;  Last night we confirmed the GHB calander for the year. When the final copy comes through, I can attach it to What's On so that Pennant dates etc are known early

Management Committee Meeting Wed 23rd November; (from a briefing today)

1   A motion will be moved at the AGM, for subs to increase by 50 cents per week

2   A motion was passed to increase Green Fees from $30 to $35

3   A motion was passed to lift camp fees from $10 per vehicle to $10 per person per night. The reason being the increases in electricity and gas for the hot water system.

The Golfing year is winding up with Ladies, Seniors and the full Club Christmas cheers, either coming up, or have already been played. We have one inter club to be played, with Fielding on Saturday 3rd December. I believe the Chadwick & Graham Cup was first played for in 1926, so not long for the 100th playing. Please consider what you can do for your club, and if necessary ask to be nominated and seconded in writing for a position on either the Match, House or Greens committees. (Nomination forms and box are upstairs in the club house lounge)

The Greenwood Cup final rounds were played last week end. I am hopeful a report will land in my in box for inclusion next week. Thank you in advance.

Again I ask that any news from the Seniors or Ladies be forwarded for inclusion in this platform. It won't be edited, just cut and pasted, so please all 172 recipients of this weekly would love to hear from you.
