House Sale, Looks like we may get vacant possession shortly, so the we can have a tidy up and get the property on the market. Some extra reporting work is required around the old wool shed, and surrounds, to make sure their is no soil contamination that could prevent land use in and around that area. ie was there ever a sheep dip there.
Miranda reports subscription payments are flowing in, although a fair proportion of the club now pays weekly or monthly. In fact all new members are encouraged to take this option, giving the Club a better cash flow. Majority of income is on budget, and on the expenses side, their has been an increase in insurance costs
All in all, President Tony and the committee are comfortable with the state of the club, both activity wise and financially. Always looking at opportunities to have our course and facilities used more often
Take care if you are traveling this long week end. Enjoy your golf wherever you play. I believe we have a good crew heading to the Cape Saturday
Good Golfing
